We strive to provide exceptional services and experiences. To ensure smooth and enjoyable visits for all our clients and students, please take a moment to review our policies.
Business & Service Policies
Appointments
• Booking: To secure your appointment, we encourage booking in advance. All appointments can be scheduled online or by calling or texting our studio at 845-597-9823.
• Confirmation: Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email or text. Please review the details and confirm your attendance.
• Arrival: We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and preparation. Arriving late may reduce the time allocated for your service or result in rescheduling if the delay is significant.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Notice: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the slot to another client.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a $100 fee. Missed appointments (no-shows) will be subject to the full service fee.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so as early as possible to secure a convenient time.
Service Adjustments & Refunds
• Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll do our best to address your concerns.
• No Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to working with you to ensure you’re pleased with the results.
Health & Safety
• Wellness Policy: If you’re feeling unwell or have been exposed to contagious conditions, please reschedule your appointment for a later date.
• COVID-19 Protocols: We adhere to all local health guidelines to maintain a safe environment. Masks and other protective measures may be required based on current conditions.
• Allergies: Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to your appointment to help us tailor your experience.
Children & Guests
To maintain a relaxing atmosphere and ensure safety, we kindly request that children and extra guests do not accompany you to your appointment.
Gift Cards & Vouchers
• Redemption: Gift cards and vouchers can be redeemed for services or products. Please present them at the time of your appointment.
• Expiration: Unless otherwise specified, gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• Non-Refundable: Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to us. All personal information shared with us is confidential and will only be used for booking, appointment reminders, and necessary follow-ups. We do not share or sell client information.
Course Policies
Cancellation Policy
• Deposits are non-refundable. All course deposits are final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
• Class dates may be subject to change based on enrollment. If the minimum enrollment is not met, additional class dates will be announced.
• Rescheduling Policy: If you cannot attend your scheduled class, you may transfer to a future class date one time with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability.
Payment & Enrollment Policy
• A 25% deposit is required to secure your spot in the course.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full before the course start date. Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of your spot.
• Payment plans are available upon request and must be arranged prior to booking.
Attendance & Certification Policy
• Students are required to attend the full training to receive certification.
• If a student arrives late or leaves early, certification may be withheld at the instructor’s discretion.
• Live model practice is included in select courses. If a student cannot provide a model, alternative practice methods (e.g., mannequin work) will be provided.
No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
• If a student fails to show up for their scheduled class without prior notice, they will forfeit their deposit and all payments made.
• If a student cancels within 7 days of the class date, they will not be eligible for rescheduling and will forfeit their deposit.
Health & Safety Policy
• All students must adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols as outlined in the course.
• Any student displaying signs of illness will be required to reschedule their training for a future date.
Code of Conduct Policy
• We maintain a professional and respectful learning environment. Disruptive behavior, disrespect towards instructors or fellow students, or failure to comply with academy policies may result in dismissal from the course without refund.
